Proposed at 132 Griffin Road North on vacant former tobacco farmland. Atlas made conceptual presentation to Bloomfield's Planning and Zoning Commission in June 2025. Expected to create 40 jobs. Atlas has not yet confirmed whether it will operate the facility or partner with another entity.
