Applied Digital describes Polaris Forge 2 near Harwood as an AI facility leased to Oracle. The company priced $2.15 billion of secured notes in March 2026 for development and construction, and North Dakota regulators approved a $110 million substation and high-voltage transmission project to serve the campus.
