AAIM Data Centers' site lists a July 4, 2025 news item announcing construction of its second Nebraska data center near Hastings. Data Center Map identifies AAIM Nebraska 2 as under construction near the CPI Hayland elevator in the Prosser area and says the facility builds on AAIM's Aurora site. Baxtel says Adams County Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval for a commercial cryptocurrency-mining data center on 2.64 acres roughly half a mile west of the CPI Hayland elevator near Prosser, with AAIM planning a 12.5 MW substation connected to Southern Power District supply.
